Google Bad Review:  Absolutely terrible! I wanted to help my aunty find her a property, she has been very unwell past few years and she was looking to move with her two children. I enquired about a property and they said that they wasn’t doing any viewing for it, so I said I would call back the week after. Today I called them and they said the property has been let agreed to someone already. Before I could kindly ask about more properties or if they could help me in any way, the agent hung up while I was asking the question, saying “bye bye now” very rude and unhelpful. I’ve had good experience with other estate agents but this one of by far the worst. Very dissatisfied by the way I have been treated and I hope no one else that needs a home is being treated in this disgusting manner.

Google Bad Review:  Worst real estate Agent in London especially Shepherd’s Bush branch! I had a viewing at 18.10.2019 evening on Mayfield. Real estate agent came to the flat 20mins late! I liked the flat and wanted to give an offer. I called the agency on Saturday but Georgia wasn’t in the office. I called them on monday morning, they asked my Mortgage Broker’s details, I sent them. Then they asked copy of my ID to submit my offer and I sent my driving licence’s photocopy. I’m serious buyer that’s why looking at flats everyday on Zoopla and yesterday I saw below the banner. Flat has been sold! I was waiting to get a news from agency although Northfields has disappeared! These people have time to update the status of flat on Zoopla although has no time to deliver seller’s decision to me! What kind of work ethic Northfields has? As long as they sell the flat, they don’t care the rest. On the other hand they still have copy of driving license and from GDPR perspective this is a serious issue! I gave 2 different offers with big chains although none of them asked me to provide copy of my ID as proof of offer submission! Who can guarantee that Northfields will not use my personal details, copy of my ID for any illegal activity?! Tomorrow I’ll go to police and inform them about the situation. Please be careful because what they are doing is super dangerous and they aren’t reliable cause they have zero business ethic policy! You can’t trust them! Please stay away from them and don’t be their next victim! Sellers please use other agencies to sell your property!

Google Bad Review:  Absolutely horrendous! After being bullied into taking a property 2 weeks earlier then wanted and being penalised for having a cat (confirmed as fine) so wanting 8 weeks deposit!! We turn up to a house with no working cooker – food in London as takeaway is not cheap!, a shower door that doesn't close so drenched bath mat every morning, shelves in bedrooms hanging off walls, a front door we can't lock cause we've been given badly cut keys and a bathroom lock that came off in our hands the first day, you could say has been a rubbish experience. No one is taking responsibility for the fact that all of the above was asked to be fixed before we moved in and not a single person has apologised. These guys are very quick to take your money but will run for the hills if anything goes wrong! DO NOT USE! You've been warned.

They just give you a quick response if they need something from you but if you report or complain something they won't even bother to response or no response at all. The worst part is they did not give our deposit as stated on the contract. Never gave an update about it unless you ask them. Also, they will tell you that the property was professionally cleaned before you move in even though it clearly wasn't. Weeds are all over the garden, there's dust everywhere and things left from the previous tenants.

Google Bad Review:  My worst experience ever with an estate agency. I viewed a property with them, started referencing, paid holding deposit nearly everything was agreed only waiting for some renovations and to move there with family and I served end notice in my rental place at that time.
Since paying the holding deposit no one contacted me, I chased them to ask about the renovations. In my second call to them after like 2 weeks asking why I didn’t hear back from them they sent an email that the property is not available anymore, they paid me back the holding deposit. Really non recommended estate agent really bad in communication and no following up at all.

Google Bad Review:  If you don't want to experience troubles, I strongly recommend you avoid this agency. The tenants have very few, if any, protection and their contracts protect exclusively the landlord. I had to go through many problems in order to leave, and I had to contact Citizen Advice and Shelter to have some advice on how to deal with them. They don't make any refund, and to get my deposit back I had to threaten them (after much more than 10 working days, as the contract states). Plus, the cost of their properties is much higher compared to the rest of the market and once I moved in I realised everything was broken and the room was therefore in awful conditions.
