Google Bad Review 1:  No hot water, miss sold as I was advised patio would be fixed and is in accessible due to rotten wood. I had rats and lights blown for no reason. Was told I can not use the oven and shower at the same time due to wrong boiler fixed in the property. Best of all they accused me of not paying rent when we agreed on a reduce rate due to the appalling state the apartments was in. Very unprofessional and seem to not know what they are doing.

Google Bad Review (2):  Please never deal with Justyna or Chestertons Hyde Park. Wondering how many of these perfect reviews here are fake. We will be happy to send facts with printscreens to any fellow Googler.

Justyna is agressive, goes back on promises, and keeps changing her words. She also sent agressive whatsapp texts and emails. This is our email to her director, Alina, as Justyna CCed her in an email full of untruths:

Hi Alina,

Greetings to you.
I am writing with regards to Justyna's email below.

1. Justyna did not reply to our last email (sent on Friday 27 July 2018, 1:44pm) on whether the viewings on Monday 30 July 2018 are confirmed and where to meet.
2. It is only natural that we texted on Sunday 29 July 2018 night (1045pm) as we have rescheduled several work appointments and meetings in order to make it for the appointment on the next day, yet have not had a confirmation from Justyna as of the day before. We did not expect immediate reply (as apparent in the printscreens below).
3. We were completely fine when Justyna said she'll get back to us in the morning (as apparent in the printscreens).
4. Justyna did not get back to us in the morning. And less than 2 hours before the apppointment we still have no idea on where to meet.
5. Justyna sent an unnecessary passive aggressive text that “texting at 11pm” (we did not), is “not the best way to confirm.” Note again, we did not expect immediate reply as apparent in the printscreens of whatsapp texts.
6. On last Thursday and Friday (26-27 July 2018), when we were arranging the viewings via email, it was clear that it was for 2 units. She set the time for Monday 30 July, 5pm; and my partner and I made accommodations and cancelled work appointments to suit her schedule, with the expectations that the viewing is for 2 units. Additionally, on Sunday (29 July 2018) she confirmed via whatsapp that both viewings are in place- “all confirmed” (see printscreens), but in the email below (sent only on 30 July 2018, 341pm), she writes that the one in Sheldon Square is unavailable to view.
7. In the email below she complained of our “short notice” arrangements. What is true ‘short notice' is that our original appointment at The Water Gardens last week was cancelled by Justyna on a ‘short notice'. Hence, we spent time to look through other apartments again (late at night on a busy week no less) in a bid to get back to her asap. We were not upset at the ‘short notice' cancellations, instead, spent time to look through other alternatives asap so we do not keep her hanging; and ironically she complains that this is ‘short notice'; biting us back for our kindness is pure horrible character.
8. Thus, very notably, my partner and I did not “reschedul(ed) your visit from Saturday on short notice” as Justyna claimed in her email. The appointment on Saturday was cancelled on a ‘short notice' as Justyna informed on a ‘short notice' that The Water Gardens' unit which we were to view on Saturday is no longer available to view. My partner and I then looked at alternatives instead of being upset at this ‘short notice' made by Justyna, not my partner and I.
9. Also, I have to reiterate that Justyna chose the slot on Monday 30 July, 5pm. My partner and I rescheduled work appointments to accommodate to her. We have no idea why she is complaining of a ‘short notice' when she was the one who chose the time and we accommodated to her.
10. I did not say that I would be “contact(ing) social media” as stated in Justyna's email below. I did say that I will leave a Google review and contact her boss. I am sure we all know Google review is not social media; and I'm not sorry that Justyna find that informing the public of true characteristics of agents so that the public can make the right choices as something “out of tone” (quoted from her email below)- I do not think she has a place to say that I am “out of tone”, seeing her aggressive whatsapp texts and emails; and of people's rights to leave accurate reviews.

Please think twice before dealing with Chestertons Hyde Park. Many better agencies out there.
