Google Bad Review: I had this vacation to London booked from 2019 – obviously not knowing of the world wide pandemic that would hit. I booked with them via AirBnb. After trying to hold off if we'd be able to make the trip, ultimately, we can't due to financial impact and health concerns. Also, and this is the major reason, London has imposed a 14 day quarantine for anyone who is entering the country. City Living is not willing to work with you AT ALL during world wide pandemic. I tried to explain that since London has major restrictions in place it would be impossible for someone going on vacation to go to London, quarantine for the mandated 14 days, and then enjoy a vacation. They basically told me they didn't care at all and I should contact AirBnb. If AirBnb won't help – City Living stated too bad they have a strict cancellation policy and they WILL NOT REFUND. They offered to postpone my reservation within 12 months – 1. I lost my job so that can't happen and 2. I'd rather lose the money than stay with a disgusting company who isn't willing to work with guests during this pandemic. I am not someone who posts bad reviews but I'm genuinely shocked they will not work with people when going to London is not possible! I hope no one else is going through this.
