Google Bad Review:  Pretty disappointing service. Particularly for service requests (for Battersea Power Station), and for closing out the flat. We moved overseas (back home) and the Martin team took months to close the flat and return the security deposit. They also provided us with a cleaning company (we paid) and still charged us for cleaning in our security deposit. Martin is not responsive and almost never helpful. Better off trying to go directly to the landlord.

Sarah sweetie is not my full name lol. I called regarding Flats in fulham ( eiyher northern rd or fulham road top floor near northern rd) and the agent was lying on the fact he will call me later after telling him I was working but part dss, so please don't pretand you take it seriously, we need guarantor and at least 6 months upfront which make it impossible for people like me to rent even with immaculate reference! Many estate agents are exactly the same! It is not a false review it is my own experience!
