Google Bad Review:  Unfortunately I did not get the support expected and promised when signing a contract to sell my flat with D&G.
I was told a timeframe of 2 to 3 months to sell my flat at a price higher than my expectations. The results are: 27 viewings in 12 weeks (average 2 a week), 1 second viewing, no offers and ending the contract with a decrease on price of 100k throughout the process (that I proactively asked for).
Now that I have moved on with another agent, I already have had 10 viewings within a week of the flat being on the market + 1 second viewing.
I would not recommend D&G to sell your property.

Tried to mess us around with an intentionally ambiguous break clause when we wanted to move out due to an insane neighbour, and when they realised we were clearly in the right just flat out stopped replying to our emails. Had to stay another two months, and we were told to move out two weeks before our move out date because of the way they'd messed us around. If you can avoid this agency then for god's sake do.

Google Bad Review:  Living in a property that is managed by foxtons has been a nightmare when it comes to correspondence and maintenance. Maintenance issues, like leaks and associated structural damage should not take 6 months to resolve. You are bounced around from person to person, noone replies to emails (you have to call in to get a response from anyone), noone seems to follow up with the account's reported issues. If I want an update, I have to call in and chase – what's wrong with a simple email to keep us updated? We've had +7 contractors called out to look at the damages over the last 6 months and none to fix them, while they've been been getting steadily worse. If I were the landlord I'd be astounded by the poor management of my property – who knows how much money these damages will cost to fix, when it could have been completed for far cheaper back at the initial time of reporting.

Google Bad Review:  I would not recommend this agency to anybody. They failed to update me on the progress of my references, and told me the day before I was meant to move in that I couldn't, after previously telling me everything was perfect and I was set to move in. Then the next week I was meant to move in the manager who was ‘helping me' went on leave for the week and failed to tell me. This delayed my move in by two weeks. As soon as I signed the contract and moved in, I have rarely heard from them. I've sent multiple requests to the property manager, who cannot even get in touch with the landlord. Honestly, save yourself the stress. Go use another agency. One star is doing them a favour.

I'm not someone to speak negatively of anyone, however this is in the hope that what I've experienced doesn't happen to anyone else!

Moved into a lovely property only to have construction work within the property and throughout the building occur the day the tennacny commenced -continuing for the entire summer. This information was not shared with us.

I asked them for support as I did not think it fair and safe for my two month old daughter and with limited access to the property, noise and typical construction mess. Their reply was to take it on the chin, that it is completely legal to do and tried to justify how the dirt and dust on the ground was from the construction site 100m away when it is the same material used two meters away…

No matter what property they can present, It is simply not worth going through.

I wish them the best as a business. Before they can progress professionally, they must improve their moral conduct.

No matter what comments they may reply to mask this review, there is no excuse for their actions.

Google Bad Review:  Avoid at all costs. All they want to do is make money off you. Communication was poor, I sent many emails asking questions about the house I was interested in but they were all ignored.
Spoke on the phone to a guy called Ilia who was rude snd unhelpful, then when I actually met him he was even more rude.
Sent me to a damn chicken shop to get cash when I did not even confirm that I wanted the place. Then this Ilia guy was like “dont waste my time, I just want to do business”. Can't believe I have been treated this way.

Oh and Francesca works there, fake review.
