Google Bad Review:  Went to a viewing and wanted to book a second one for the next day to show my partner but the female agent didn’t want to write it in her diary she had on her even though I offered her a pen as she didn’t have her one just saying she’ll remember tomorrow and the time in head. The next day arrives so I turn up at the property but there’s no sign of her so ring the office to be told that it’s already been let and should’ve been contacted and that the agent is on her day off. Very unprofessional as it was a total waste of my journey and day. A simple text or phone call letting me know an offer had been put through the day before would’ve been appreciated. Next time I suggest making use of a pen or cancelling viewings if properties go off the market not wasting people’s time.
