Google Bad Review 1:  Don’t waste your time with Aspect. They came to inspect a window which needed replacing, charging £60 for literally 5 minutes on the property. After a week and a half and 4 phone calls chasing we still haven’t received a quote to have it fixed.

UPDATE: 03/06/20 – after countless emails and calls chasing, I’ve now been told they need to send a new “engineer” to the property to re-evaluate the window, as the original person did not do this properly, so an accurate quote can’t be provided. This level of service is pathetic! Requesting a refund and going with another company. Don’t waste your time or money on this lot!!

His manner was very haphazard and he seemed to change his mind several times when telling us what the problem might be – ultimately he was difficult to follow and offered no clarity on the situation. We had hoped to learn a lot more than we did.

Google Bad Review 1:  Only a waste of time!!

They have quoted, waited 20 days before visiting, they said it was a straight forward job in fact they didn't want to take a deposit, they watend to squeeze a 1 week job in 3 days and then they have emailed that they will not take the job… They have certainly caused a lot of nuisance and inconvenience!!
It was a paint stripping staircase and re-varnish for around £1k job and they have said it was too small after having quoted and reassured they “would have love to take the job and that they have done ma y of these in the past”.

Don't trust, go somewhere else they are a waste of time and certainly unprofessional!

Google Bad Review 1:  i used them one of my property in colliesr wood and their engineers are liers and cheaters and they have mislead us to find the leaks we called them to find the leak but they have called the 2nd engineer and charge us £1800.00 to find a leak and spend 10 hours for nothing and job was still not completed and they wish to come to next day as well. their managers are rubbish and rude and engineers are incompetent and cant handle the issues and they just moveing around and make money. dotn ever use this company they will rip you off and dont even listen to you.
Rude, unprofessional, incompetenet and unrilabale dont ever recommend to use them as i am going to complaint to the tradind standrads for their approach as it is litreally steallign soem ones money.
Plsssssss dont even call them for any thing they will take your card details and then send you the bill and you will keep crying no one will listen to you. So stay away from them

Google Bad Review 1:  Absolutely I do not recommend hiring this company as they are non logical on not straightforward. I have only one bathroom in the flat and one shower . I had an issue where there was no hot water coming through the shower. I raise the request through the management company which they hired H2 properties services. The contractor came at the beginning then he contacted the management company and made a quote and the management company approved it assuming the quote will fix the issue. The contractor came and replace the shower valve and said the job is done claiming it is the engineer job to get everything back into a place.
Well for me , I don’t really care if it is the Plumber job or it’s the engineer . I want to issue fixed simple as that so I can take take a shower properly. I have contacted H2 property and I told them it is not logical to replace the shower valve without putting everything back into place. They claim that I have a bath and I don’t need access to shower in the meantime which is absolutely ludicrous to say at least. They ask me basically to call my management company so they can hire them again and bring engineer back to the site to put everything back into place!!
It is really frustrating to say at least as access to a shower is absolute necessity and a bath does not replace it

Google Bad Review (2):  Stay Away!!
It started with them being late, no update or call, then lied about arrival time when I called.
When the plumber finally arrived, he couldn’t get the part free so he ‘fixed’ something else!
I was charged £144 for a fix that wasn’t a fix.
I complained about the charge but I was ignored.
Will never use them again and I advise the same to anyone else – bad customer service, bad service, untrustworthy.

Just read the reply I got.
Too bad they decided to comment on the web rather than communicate with me directly.
Many of the details are not accurate nor complete.
“The client wanted a Saturday afternoon visit” – not true. I was promised the plumber will arrive in the morning, but unfortunately he only arrived in the afternoon.
I was not informed that the plumber is late and during the wait I called and was told that the plumber is 2 minutes away – also not true.
The plumber did not fail to replace the cartridge because shops were not open but because he couldn’t get it free.
Instead of feeling sorry why not get in contact with me and apologize to me?

I stand by my review and reading other reviews I'm not the only one with bad experience.
