Google Bad Review 1:  Worst agency I was renting with. Nightmare is over! When we moved in paying always on time and in full ( direct debit) We could not use parking, as it was a car dumped in our parking space, but the agency did not want to deal with it. Washing machine never worked, cooker not working oh and ” don't open the balcony door because it's a health hazard ” – mentioned of course after signing contract. When they booked in checking the property appointment not turning up and when I called if it's happening as I am sitting here since we agreed on appointment ” there is an emergency at an other property ” – and this is the sentence we kept hearing from them. Boiler broke went on 2 weeks with no hot water and took them months to sort things and all this with constant chasing them. When we moved out they wanted to deduct money from our deposit for the balcony door which was ” health hazard ” -( they own words) when we moved in…. If you want to save yourself from a constant headache do not rent from them, and if you do, make sure you have emails with all the ongoing issues.

Google Bad Review (2):  HORRIFIED!! WARNING, DO NOT GO TO THIS AGENCY.
I know the AGENCY MAY NOT KNOW MYSELF BECAUSE I HAVE BEEN IN THE PROPERTY WITHOUTH TENANCY AGREEGMENT.
THE BIG PROBLEM IS THAT THEY DO NOT DO TENANCY AGREEGMENT TO ANYBODY, MY GIRLFRIEND IS 2 YEARS WITHOUT CONTRACT. I am talking about 23 Robinia Crescent E10 5TL, in this house people speak only Hungerian with huge Hungarian flags everywhere inside the house.
One Click Homes Agents are interested only in moneys and they don't do their job properly. There is not one professional person in this Agency. I moved in a double room where my girlfriend was living.
After couple of days she told me that she pay the rent to a person called Istvan living in Hungary and this person send the rent to the estate agent one click and from one click will end up to the owner.
All of them are NEGLIGENT because the house has never been checked.
The bathrooms need to repairs for many months, basin hot tap not working for adges.
The CARBON MONOXIDE detector which KILLS PEOPLE, I think is not working for months has one night was ringing.
However, very poor Estates Agents, I am disgusted for their professionalism. at the end the Owner decided to get back the house because the Estate Agents One Click DID NOT PAID THE OWNER AFTER MANY MONTHS

Google Bad Review 1:  We are still waiting on the return of money owed to us after moving out over a month ago.

There has been almost zero communication from management. When I visited in person I was told to just forward bank details and the money would sorted. This hasn't been the case and we are still waiting, despite emailing and calling numerous times.

I will update if we do (or do not) receive our money.

Edit: The Quarters contacted me after seeing this review and they have now refunded the money.

Google Bad Review (2):  Do NOT collect any goods or people from this address. Make them come to you even for a flat move. The landlord is using the building to generate £££ from hard working cabs & delivery drivers as they have turned it in to a car park with no allowance of the first 20/30 mins being free. What a bunch of Anchors. Oops forgot the W. I will never provide any service to this building again. Still being chased by Eurocarparks for loading a residents flat contents in 21 seconds over their 15 minutes allowance which is not displayed on their signs. The site manager was supposed to rectify this situation to get rid of this ticket & let me know but has done nothing so that I would remove this warning thus saving you from getting a ticket from Eurocarparks.
