I was like really offended and informed her that i spoke to mortgage advisor who advised me of it . Extremely rude and disinterested lady . Learn something from land q and countryside . If that you first line of contact weston homes, i wonder what your future services will be like . Although i can register my interest but after speaking to this lady i will never ever go with you guys . Her name is Harriet i guess . Needs to learn some people skills and customer friendly attitude.

Google Bad Review 1:  I’m really unsure why anyone gives Langford Russell 5 stars. I’m beyond frustrated and disappointed by the situation my husband and I have been through with them. We rented our home out for two years and paid a premium to Langford Russell to ensure we had decent tenants and that our home was taken care of. We recently moved back to the property and have been shocked by the amount of damage to the property and the battle we have to get even the smallest amount of the deposit back which at this rate, looks very unlikely. I never felt supported by Langford Russell at any point, apart from one member of the team, Robert who always replied to requests and did his best- thank you Robert. Unfortunately the rest of the team are useless. Our tenants smashed a window, destroyed our 100 year old original front door and the blind in the front room was damaged beyond repair. This is just the tip of the ice berg. I have no idea how they vet tenants or carry out inspections. I’m frustrated, upset and frankly so fed up and wanted to give some honest feedback for future customers to consider.

Google Bad Review 1:  Slightly late in posting this review, but feel as though I have to say that buying a house through Acorn was difficult to say the least. Jake, who was their sales manager was rude and sarcastic, and would often avoid contact with myself or my wife to stop himself having to give us bad news, and would often send younger less experienced staff down to meet us at the property. The purchase did go through in the end, but I would never recommend using acorn estates to anyone, much better estate agents available in the area.

The negotiator we dealt with (Daniel) passed us from pillar to post, often ignored any correspondence, and strung us along right up to the day of moving.
After moving in, Acorn have allowed our landlord to breach the terms signed to on 3 counts and have made no effort to do anything about this, leaving us in a situation with no access to part of the property and now we have had to pay for storage elsewhere due to this.
Would not deal with Acorn again. An absolute shambles from start to finish.

After we called her and she said she will come back to us and of course she didn’t. On the website it says the office is until 8 p.m so we decide to go there because we liked the flat. Nobody was in the office and nobody pick up the phone. The next day I called again and I spoke with Lily, I told her i like the property and i would like to pay a holding deposit and I did over the phone, which for me to be honest it was a bit strange. Anyway after the payment she sent me a document to fill out and then she didn’t reply to me again.I called a few days and her colleague (don’t know his name) said that she is not in the office or she is busy on the phone and she will come back to me. Even the first time when I called, he asked my name and he hung up the phone, and I called again to ask why he hung up and he said Lily is busy on the phone with somebody else not even saying a sorry for that.Being fed up with this situation and this UNPROFESSIONAL people working there I called to ask for my money back and a guy told me that the house is not even available. Nobody apologise to us which is very rude. I would never recommend this agency, I am really disappointed.

But once you start living as a tenant in the property, the property management team is terrible. You will keep on chasing them weeks and months for any maintenance as if you don’t have any other work and there would be hardly any good response.

Google Bad Review 1:  I contacted the Blackfen Robinson and Jackson manager to request for an evaluation on my property. I will be reporting this manager to the Estate Agents Ombudsman as he was very rude and abrupt in his manner. I have dealt with a previous manager from R and J for many years who had excellent customer relations skills and was always giving me an evaluation for my property. This rude manager actually said that unless I sell my house with him he had no time to waste evaluating my property. He also stated that if I use an online agent to make sure I do not use his photographs that were done on my property previously!! Do you think I am so stupid or the professional online agent , to use Robinson and Jackson’s pathetic photographs? I strictly adhere to the code of conduct and confidentiality and would not want to use his photos. I would pay and get a professional standard of decent photographs. These agents are acting as absolute cowboys who think they can get away with anything. Well at least there is an official body that we the public can write and complain to. I would think twice about using this type of agent ever again after the treatment I received today. No decent customer relations at all. I know times are hard but this kind of behaviour to the public is uncalled for. Get some training before you go out and open your mouth to the public. No etiquette and decency at all.
