Google Bad Review 1:  Avoid at all cost… Have had them for 8 months only, Acorn does not manage properties. In this short period of time they have changed the “manager” three times, and currently I do not know who manages it (a “Premier team” apparently, and there was no communication about this last change, I only found out because my last manager has not been answering email for two months now). I had first Stephanie Wignall and she is appalling, she never solved any problem – she was always pushing for extra revenue sending contractors to do very little. I gave up and have to deal with issues myself (what's the point of using them?). She is very petty, always going to what is written in the contract. I have been wanting to get out of it … and as Stephanie pointed out – I have to wait for the year to end or pay for the rest of the year. So I reluctantly, I have kept them. Just now, I even then I have to go through a number “team leaders” just to get a statement, they can't find me in their systems, they can't tell me who is managing the property… No property management, just a waste of time. AVOID THEM

Google Bad Review (2):  Stay away from them! The worst agency in London, because they were not able to properly do their job and for covering their landlord, we stayed three months (January, February, March last year) without heating and hot water! A shame and all they where doing was telling us we needed to sort out with the council. (The council gave everyone a refund for the problem caused in the end, which our ex landlord took and never gave us) and also we had to go through the TDS to receive our deposit back. Useless agency!

And I’m adding this to your response on my “unfair review”: reclutant landlord or not, an agency reflect the people they are working for.
