Google Bad Review 1:  What can I say avoid ever ever using dr s agawal. After care was hideous and explanation of the procedure is very poor. When the surgery went wrong he explained there was only 40 percent of it working (never was said) or I wouldn’t have had it done. Paid over £6,000 pound and was offered £1,500 refund. And when asked if o could have another proceedure the price doubled. Also he was very un professional by speaking bad of me to a friend who also had the surgery. Ladies if you ever want any surgery there is far better out there and more surgeons who are more professional and care about your well-being. Avoid at every cost!!

It’s very difficult to get hold of person who can actually help when you need. They are not well organised and not well joined up with different departments. I would not recommend at all to anyone, I certainly never go back there again!

Google Bad Review 1:  I had my nose done by Dr Karidis and he did a terrible job. I was so young and so vounrable and I suffered from depression after my surgery and I end up travelling to Iran for reconstruction. The Iranian surgeon told me Dr Karidis did such a bad job and there was a complecation and I was under the surgery for over 3 hours. Never trust Dr Karidis, I thought I was in safe hands. I fell for the documentaries on TV and live surgeries he did on TV and all advertising about him being celebraties number 1 surgeon. Dr Karidis he knew he did such a bad job that he never took a picture after to compare before and after. It was a complete nightmare for me and I just wanted to forget and start a new life with my second surgery. Now its being over 12 years and I am over it and I thought I should write my review about him. You should never trust him to do your nose job.

Google Bad Review (2):  I had upper and lower blepharoplasty by Karadis.
The biggest mistake in my life.
I have big eyes and had excess skin on my lids that always felt very heavy and hard to keep my eyes open. I think that Karadis took too much skin and fat from my upper lids and probably should not have done the lower lids at all.
I suffered from chemosis in my right eye from day one. As it was not going away I kept phoning the nurse who kept telling me to use lubrication eye drops. It never went away just got much worse. The surface of my eyes looks sore and inflamed and watery every day. It got worse and worse until I was in excruciating pain and then became very stressed and depressed.
Karadis did not offer any solution, just sent me to an eye doctor who did nothing. I have since seen about 5 eye specialists. Most of them say that I have Mild blepharitis and dry eye and that too much skin and fat was removed from my upper and lower eye lids And the eye is not draining properly Under the conjunctiva. My right eye is still sore after 4 years, three of those years I was in terrible pain. I cannot wear makeup on that eye and my eye looks really hollowed due to stress from the surgery.
I deeply regret having surgery on my eyes. My hollowed tired eyes make me look old and tired and I am in discomfort every single day.
I have already spent about £2000 on consultations With eye doctors and surgeons for help with no success.
I am going to America next year to LA and Austin to see the top surgeons who might be able to help me.
PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL WITH BLEPHAROPLASTY .

Google Bad Review (2):  The lady Melissa is very rude and unprofessional. I booked a consultation for next week Friday and advised her of my medical condition which sometimes impact my ability to carry out day to day task when having a bad day. So i needed assistance but was told no one is allowed to attend with me which would make it difficult. Instead of being supportive, I was just told no.
Melissa couldn't be bothered to respond half the time and also was very dismissive. I found that very unprofessional considering I'm paying for something privately you would think the customer service would be at a higher standard. Its very concerning to think that equality and diversity was not factored in. Also when I asked for a video consultation she said she would make arrangements . Again nothing, so I had to chase her regarding this on numerous occasions and when she did decide to reply, she completely ignored my condition and also told me that it needed to be face to face and ask that I provide proof of my condition. Its the most bizarre customer service I've seen. In all honesty i'd rather pay ten times more to get a better customer service than to get treated unprofessionally. I'm so glad I will be taking my money elsewhere. And after checking the reviews below I can so agree that the lady Melissa is very unprofessional and unwelcoming. It's such a shame for the business…..

Google Bad Review 1:  Avoid their GP services at all costs. I needed an emergency GP at the weekend in December. I was told I wouldn't be charged the fee until the doctor had attended but that wasn't the case and my card was immediately charged £150. They could not find me a doctor so the whole thing was a complete waste of time. I have requested a refund on multiple occasions and never had a reply to my emails and obviously no refund… very frustrating when you trust companies like this when you need medical attention. Avoid.

For a a very expensive private clinic its pitiful
No aftercare whatsoever!!!! Please do not go to this clinic.
Extortional charges and no aftercare!
We have been to other private clinics and this is more expensive, but although the floor was half empty , everything was very slow.
My father was discharged and they gave us phone number to call, but no discharge advise or leaflet or what needs to be done etc.
My father had temperature and I called them to ask what to do, and this was next day after we left for home and they told they don't know who he is. After I told them that he was their patient and had surgery 1 day ago, they said, and I am not kidding that they do not hold the record of the patient that has been discharged!!!! I have never heard anything like that even in 3rd world countries.
After all my father had a surgery in this place!
After I made a fuss they said they will contact the consultant, but of course, consultant won't be available at 11 pm in the evening. So they did not help us or did not suggest anything. And my father is of advanced age and leaving him with high temperature is extremely dangerous. Fortunately I have lots of doctors in my family and they told me what do to. Otherwise, the whole thing This clinic is a disgrace.
DO NOT EVER GO THERE.

Google Bad Review 1:  Absolute disgrace of a hospital, I am a carer for a gentleman who is deaf and blind. our last visit was a 6 hour wait after our appointment time leaving the gentle who is 85 and a type 1 diabetic with no food,sitting in a packed waiting room, in 30° heat, with no where to sit . Rude nurses who don't listen. please ask for a different hospital…this is apalling care of patients.

Google Bad Review 1:  The radiology department don't answer the phones and don't call you back. On my 10th attempt to reach the department, the ‘phone was answered by a surly receptionist with an abrupt attitude. They quoted me double the price for a scan I had previously at the Surrey Park Hospital, where they are FAR more professional and warm. I think the negative reviews re Spire Gatwick are very concerning and the hospital should take some action to resolve the many issues mentioned.

Google Bad Review (2):  Absolutely abysmal on all counts. From admin to management. Spare yourself the bother – There are better clinics in London with better support staff and more choice of consultants, most with a national reputation. Cannot believe this place is still in operation. I suppose anything goes after covid.
