Google Bad Review 1:  I would not use Porter's Remediation Service for a few reasons. They did not get rid of the mold in my apartment. My family was sick and not once was I told that I should not live there while remediation was being done . I was told my apartment was off the charts of black mold (toxic) and my bedroom was the worst. At the end of the remediation the Porter company did not test my bedroom. After one year of being truly sick I moved out because I heard from neighbors how sick they were. Also, the company said the problem was created from the upstairs apartment and yet when the tenants moved out Porters team did not remove any sheet rock, floor boards or anything large removed from the apartment. Porter's owner watched as the rain from the broken drain ran into my bedroom and still tried to insist it was from upstairs. The owner is a nice guy but as far as caring if the remediation was complete not sure that is my worry. He got paid to do the job and not one word of caution. I moved out after a year because among all the other symptoms I found I could not get dress in the morning because of hands in pain and not moving.

Google Good Review:  Carpet cleaning- simply amazing work. Made a disgusting carpet look white again. Extra attention to the stains. Showed up exactly when they said they would. Very reasonable. So happy!
