Google Bad Review 1:  Very unprofessional, staff are not competent, administration is worse. My daughter was losing weight and not eating despite always complaining about this nothing happened. They only care about money and that we pay the fees upfront. The daily reports are unreliable and content inaccurate information, sometimes we didn't receive any updates on our daughter's daily activities. We paid £500 deposit at the beginning of the registration and now they refused to give it back to us, they say we should give one year notice. Who on earth can give one year notice and know what will happen to them one year in advance especially in such uncertain environment. We got a job elsewhere in the country (outside London) and told them that we will not be registering our daughter for the coming term in Oct, so more than 2 months notice, yet they refused to give us the deposit back. They simply say this is nursery policy. It this a nursery and have a mission to educate children, it looks to me they count kids as subscribers and want to make sure they get the most (financially) out of any kid. Not to mention that we paid everything in advance and have no arrears whatsoever. We had our daughter on a full time schedule due to both of us (me and mum) working full time. One time we came at 16:35 (5 minutes late) to pick up our daughter, funny enough the staff told us that they will be charging us extra because of this delay. I literally, found this nursery to be very unprofessional, and should not deserve the title of a nursery or educational organisation.

Google Good Review:  My daughter attended the baby room of the nursery and couldn’t recommend highly enough. Teachers are great, very clean and tidy. She was very happy and flourished in the environment.
