Google Bad Review 1:  Arrived at 16:50 and waited 35mins with four other customers outside. One of the staff closed the front door at 17:25! They gave us no warning. Had we been inside they would have had to of served us. This branch is slow, rude and lazy. This branch is large enough to allow last five customers to observe social distancing inside. Address this issue. Customers are not happy to wait for over 30minutes to have the door closed in their face. Give up the hubris.

I was at the post office to return something and I didn’t understand what the lady at the till said at first because her english is not good, and she started to be rude and annoyed! I stayed polite, because i also work in retail and i never act like that, but she was showing rudeness all the time and she took my bag which I wanted to return and throw it behind her. Unbelievable, how rude!! The same thing happened with the older men on till 3! He was rude for some other thing and i was witnessing many time that he is rude to somebody else! The manager should really be careful when giving the job! If they are already working with people they MUST learn to handle them and BE KIND and have patience!!!!

The staff are incredibly imcompetent, condescending, unprofessional and, disrespectful towards customers, especially the South Asian male at the counter who's supposedly the manager. They deliberately keep charging me 2.5x the standard rate making my experience disastrous every time. I would give them a negative star if possible. Sort it out Royal Mail as I won't be returning to this atrocious place in the future!

Google Bad Review (2):  Most disrespectful and ignorant staff I’ve ever encountered at post office. 5 months ago I had the same problem- when I came to collect a parcel, gave my card and staff member just look at it and said sorry your parcel is not here (without looking at the back). I was sent around 3 post offices while finally Euston post office printed me paper work that proves that parcel is held at Camden post office. When I came to Camden branch with the paper work, same guy served me- it took him 1 second to find my parcel, however, he never said sorry. Fast forward today roughly 11ish o’clock I came to collect my parcel with my ID and collection card a woman served me at the counter took my name and went to the back to check for my parcel. Came back and sorry it’s not here. I nicely asked her to check it again since the last time they had the same problem and I’m really in a rush today. She came back to the stockroom TOOK my parcel and proceeded to speak with another staff member in front of me instead of giving the parcel! Please check CCTV. Then she gave me a card to sign with the biggest attitude in her entire life. Guys can please train your staff how to behave and serve customers. Not sure which experience was the first or this one but I hope those branch gets closed down.
