Google Bad Review 1:  I've had quite a varied experience here. The reception staff are always friendly and helpful….. but other reviewers are right you do wait ages to be seen and that can be a pain with an anxious pet. The help and advice you receive depends on which vet you see, there are some good ones it's just whether you see them or not. We've been fortunate on a few occasions but most of the time we see someone who really couldnt give a stuff and presents as not particularly liking dogs. You never see the same vet twice. The last vet we saw before we moved was the nail in the coffin. She told me that my dog didnt have one problem which I knew he did, and did have one which I knew he didnt….. she insisted on muzzling him (her hands her choice….. not necessarily a problem) but the way she did it left me cold) and I left in tears. And went and registered elsewhere with him. They do tend to be quite expensive but having pets is. Their letters to you can be quite officious and condescending. Our animals are such an emotive subject…. I would say if you're in any way uncomfortable find somewhere where you and yr pet are happy. There are some wonderful practices out there. I've found one where my dog falls asleep in the waiting room!!!!

Google Bad Review (2):  My dog was brought here due to not being able to walk on his hind leg . We was told it was cancer and asked if we wanted to say bye to him there and then matter of fact( no compassion), they also stressed my dog out so much to the point he ripped his dew claw out and was bleeding quite bad . They left him in a slump laying in his own blood on a cold hard floor like he was worthless. We eventually paid for another vet who amputated his leg and he went on to have a happy life for a while longer . When the sad day eventually came he was put down at another vet and was treated with up most respect . Ill never forgive this vet for the way they treated my boy . I also have a photo but it's way to distressing . If you care about your animal . Don't use this vet . Money grabbing, no empathy or compassion and rude !
