Google Bad Review: If I could I would rate 0 stars, phoned up on 2 occasions for spare parts, and waited for over 15 minutes in there telephone queue, having got to the end of the queue I had there staff pick up the phone and then put it strait down on me, after phoning back again, on both occasions, I was promised a call back but never received anything. This also stemmed from a member of staff putting the phone down on me mid call for no reason the first time I called. Terrible Customer Service!
UPDATE:
As a response for the owner, my calls have been from both my landline and mobile and this happened on both occasions, I heard the phone be picked up for a second as I could hear talking and then the phone put down again, possibly worth checking with your staff. Also my signal was still connected as I had the telephone hang up tone
