we were in a group of 7 with a child. We spent almost an hour waiting for the food, which when it arrived was not worth the wait, we all ordered a dish made with picanha, the difference in size between the picanhas was absurd. We asked the 4 year old child for a plate of “rice and beans” only.
they charged £ 8 and the dish costs £ 10
The owner was still rude when I asked if the value was right, to the point of asking if I thought I was eating for free. This is absurd.
The only thing that saved was the X-Everything that also only came to an end when everyone was finished (who forgot)
I've been there a few times and something like that always happens. One more detail about the uniform that I don't think is suitable for serving customers, a little vulgar showing the belly. I hope there is some change because after all the pizza and sandwiches are good, because continuing this way there is not much growth.

MUITO MUITO FRACO ATENDIMENTO

fomos em um grupo de 7 com uma criança. Estivemos quase uma hora esperando pela comida que quando chegou nao valeu a pena a espera, todos pedimos prato feito com picanha, a diferença de tamanho entre as picanhas era absurdo. Pedimos para a criança de 4 anos um prato com “arroz e feijão” apenas.
cobraram £8 sendo que o prato feito custa £10
A dona ainda foi grosseira quando perguntei se estava certo o valor, ao ponto de perguntar se eu achava que estava comendo de graça. Um absurdo isso.
Unica coisa que salvou foi o X-Tudo que tambem so veio ao final quando todos ja tinham terminado (que esqueceram)
Ja fui algumas vezes e sempre acontece algo do tipo. Mais um detalhe sobre o uniforme que nao acho adequeado para servir os clientes, meio vulgar mostrando a barriga. Espero que tenha alguma mudanca pois apesar de tudo a pizza e os sanduiches sao bons, pois continuando dessa forma nao tem muito crescimento.

Google Bad Review (2):  The pizza is very good to be honest but if go to the restaurant to eat in please forget they are very unprofessional very bad service.
I tried to eat in twice but last time I felt shamed to be in the place where when you arrive no one offers a table so I did, seated waited for more than 10 min no one came to table to ask anything if me and family want a drink or even to see the menu the owners was there, wasn't busy that day so I gave up to eat in this place and I left without been served.
Kids was unhappy because they love Brazilian pizza and we stopped at mc Donald's to eat thinking how people open a business and don't care about customers.
Please change the way you guys treat customers in there.
