Google Bad Review 1:  Terribly disappointed with the studio and the receptionist. Apparently, there is a company policy that if you are five min late, they would not let you in. There is no refund as well. This policy was not clearly communicated.
The receptionist simply goes “company policy, sorry, can not let you in”

So, I paid for an hour class -> drove there -> traffic jam -> pay for parking -> ran to the studio -> “sorry sir, can not let you in.”

Not even apologetic.

Google Bad Review (2):  turned up 8min late because it took me 20min to find a parking space. The receptionist was very unfriendly when she saw me and didn't allow me join the class by simply citing company policy. This was not clearly stated or communicated when I booked the class. The most frustrating thing was the receptionist's attitude, very cold and unhelpful. If the company has such policy it can at least allow people to rebook free of charge if not refund. If you dont want ppl to abuse the system, you can limit the times they can rebook.

when I hear nothing from them, I phone them.
A chap tells me an email was sent to me and i`ve missed my appointment.
However, when I go in, the girl on the desk tells me they don`t send emails and that I did attend my appointment!
…(my untreated injury suggests otherwise.)

So, with a charming smile I am offered No rebooking, No refund, No appology and No treatment.

Google Bad Review (2):  Triyoga did not honor the month long trial pass and I had to seek a refund through my credit card company on the basis of services not provided. They have problems at every level of management, including the executive level, and this creates an environment of fast food chain store yoga disguising itself as the real deal. Go anywhere else and you will have a better experience. Try youtube and you will have better instruction.

Google Bad Review 1:  I was injured in a group class. There was no mention of breath and no hands on correction, very few demos and poor explanation of movement. I saw a lot of people in class working out of alignment. Now booking an osteopath to get me moving again. I don't blame the instructor but this kind of class gives pilates a bad name. FYI I am a qualified pilates instructor. Reception did not seem too interested when I explained I was injured.

When visiting London asked at this location for weekly pass.There is absolutely no way to access the club for only a week, only year memberships. It is unfortunate and negative as a service to customers, to not provide daily or weekly access, or even worse to not let experience the Club before joining.
