Google Bad Review 1:  Administration team put me under someone who was about to quit (and obviously did not care enough to look after me even though in terrible pain)
I have been advised to more than 1hr of strength exercises every day. My situation was getting worse due to these exercises, and he asked to push even more without any responsibility. Been trying to get in contact but he was replying after 3-4 days with me insisting and pinging the reception team.
After 2-3 weeks, he left, and I changed physiotherapist and realised everything was wrong. We had done too much.
Very irresponsible from their side, I do not understand how they have 4.8 stars when its lower than average you would get anywhere else. The studio was very very basic, no latest machines, and they were against latest technology (which resolved my issue is 2-3 weeks elsewhere with 0 efforts).
Such waste of money, time and energy. They are supposed to care about you but all they seem to care about is getting their money.

Very disappointed!!

Google Bad Review (2):  Should be a lovely place, but bookings are unreliable. Instructors are listed as available, you book, and then get cancelled out because there is no studio space. Why is an instructor available if there is no place for you to work out? Leads to complete frustration—the opposite of what you are looking for in a workout.
