Google Bad Review: I bought a couple massage voucher for my cousin's birthday. The terms and conditions said to call the place in advance for appointment and give them the Groupon code – that's exactly what my cousin did. They turned up 10-15 mins before their appointment. When they arrived they asked them for a printed copy of their voucher – which they did not have, as it was not in the terms and conditions, they gave their code already and noone said on the phone they will have to bring a printed copy. (I use Groupon myself for 6ys and all they needed was the code, no printed copy – ever.) So because they had no printed copy, they refused to do their massage. My cousin and her partner had to take a half day off from work to be able to go for this appointment. They travelled there, expecting a nice relaxing massage and this is what they got instead. My cousin's partner suggested – if this printed copy is so important for them, he will pay the massage again (as a kinda deposit), and he will bring in the voucher later and then they give his money back when they received the printed copy, but they refused that too – they clearly did not want to do their massage. Also, they used their groupon voucher the day before so when we went on the app to check the voucher to print, it stated that this voucher code had been used already and it was dated prior to their appointment. So they left without any massage. I contacted the place, where they kept banging on about their 24hr cancellation policy – which I didnt understand as noone cancelled anything, they were there before their appointment and gave the voucher code that the place put through as “used” already. Next I contaceted Groupon where they said this massage place will call me with a solution – they never did. I managed to get a full refund at the end from Groupon – they've been very supportive the whole time and dealt with it very quick while keeping me in the loop. However this place was a huge disappointment – basically my cousin got NOTHING for her birthday and they tried to steal my money. Disgusting. Do not go there!
And now they will try and explain it all in a comment but thats all a lie! Don't believe it!
