Google Bad Review 1:  I don't usually write reviews of places on Google, but this place was so bad I simply had to write a review. If I was able to I would give this place 0 stars. I needed some 35mm film developed which I brought in on a Monday. I was told that by Thursday it would be done. I come back on Thursday and was told that they would be done the following day. On Friday I checked in again and was told that they would be done on Saturday. By this time I was already losing patience. So on Saturday I go in and get told that they're still not ready. That they would be done on Monday. By then I said that I wanted my film back, which I then got back on the following Monday luckily (I was worried that some other problem would arise again). Now I just have to hope that the film I have gotten back from them is the correct one and I'd not damaged. I wasn't in a hurry to get the photos, but this place really doesn't know how to manage customer expectations, making me waste a full week and various trips to the shop for nothing. Terrible.

My passport photo got rejected because of their poor photo.
They didn’t even accept my application with their photo attached. They had me take a new photo before accepting my passport application.
I don’t recommend this shop at all for passport photos.
