Google Bad Review 1:  Initially I was very happy with Immersive Media, they were very helpful and reasonably priced. They designed a new site for me which I was very pleased with. Unfortunately, half way through the development, I then experienced unreasonable demands for more money and very poor customer service when I refused to pay it. This poor customer service, then continued throughout all my dealings with the company. Overall, I found the standard of work to be high, but the customer service needs a lot of improvement.

Google Bad Review (2):  Immersive media have a particular way in which they like to work, so we were probably not their ideal type of client. In our case we had strong ideas in terms of the design and detail, so we looked to IM to translate those to the web. Despite detailed instructions it was often a struggle for IM to understand exactly what we wanted and it took quite some effort on both sides to achieve the result. We had some issues with customer service along the way, which would have been avoided if IM had better client communication. In the end we have something close to what we hoped to achieve, but it hasn't always been easy.
