Google Bad Review: Overall my experience has been below average at best. From ordering to customer service the customer service is lacking and they do not appreciate that patients are customers. Not only that the 2 staff members I had interactions with were both patronising and arrogant. As a business manager in one of the world's largest healthcare companies and vast medical knowledge myself, including pharmaceuticals, I do not appreciate the tone and level of condescension that i received. I will not be using the ‘service' again. Delivery and processing was also not good enough and that was with a £9 charge! I would have expected next day delivery. Very poor.
