Google Bad Review 1: a dreadful dingy windowless basement with miserable trainers constantly eating and not talking to each other. The music was a random mix on a tiny speaker from the trainers iPods. I never saw more than 2 other clients the whole time I had my sessions but the other trainers would use the machines constantly. The machines are squeezed next to each other so tightly I was grateful the gym was so quiet. Over 10 sessions they started or ended 3-4 minutes late or early so I actually got over 60 minutes less than I paid for which makes the £1200 very expensive over only 9 sessions. On my last day, they didn't weigh or measure me!

Google Bad Review (2): Really disappointed in my experience. I have tired for a month to find out more information on there meltdown program.. super keen to start already to go. I was asked to fill out a form online and did as they asked. A week and a half went by and hadn't heard anything ok they are probs busy so I rang them at the end of week 2 and someone asked me to give them my details and someone would call me early next week. Got to Wednesday still nothing so I call again and was told to fill out another online form. After feeling really tired of the back and fourth I called again this week about the same thing and explained that I have been trying to get in contact now for a month she said I'll take your details and someone will call, I said I wasn't happy and is there actually any meltdown programs she said oh yes fill out another online form as this is the only way your get information you need!! I said this is the third time and she was like ohhh.. what's your details again/maybe try again. This is the third time and I have given up trying to book this program. It's so frustrating that nothing felt personal customer service and felt like no one else was interested in helping me. Such a shame as I was really keen but now I have decided that I will not continue to invest time in this. Hope other people have had a more positive experience than me.
