Google Bad Review 1:  Customer service zero,they are nice only when you buy but if you have to return a non working item they find excuses: to have a refound once i had to go back to the shop 3times because the manager was the only one that could do it apparently.
Definitely not a place where to buy bikes as they are keeping them in very bad conditions and way too expensive, the branch in Finchley it's a much better place.
