Google Bad Review 1: The food was fine, but a bit overpriced for the value. The outdoors terrace area is nice and servers were fine. My main issue is with the woman employee who was working at the front desk on the first floor during lunch time on May 12, 2021. She told me I had to download the NHS app to check-in, but then proceeded to allow the next customer to check-in without downloading the NHS app. When I asked her about the difference in the way we were treated, this woman just glared at me for several seconds and said it was protocol to download the app. When I asked her why she wasn't making the other customer download the app, she again glared at me for several seconds without saying anything. She couldn't even come up with a reason and just glared at me until I left because the way she was treating me was incredibly disrespectful. I felt extremely uncomfortable and it was obvious by the way she glared at me for a long time that she felt she could treat me poorly. Highly unprofessional and ruined the entire meal for me. No customer should be treated like that.

Google Bad Review (2): After indulging in an insufferable waiting period of more than 1 hour, it was clear that the food was never going to reach our table. To make matters worse, the waitress did not even attempt to apologise for the service in any way, shape or form. While I love the Soho sister branch, I will never ever visit this restaurant again!
