Google Bad Review 1:  Terrible food. Veggie and vegan options are very bland. Their idea of salad sauce is oil. The food is advertised as healthy but everything is terribly greasy. On top of that vegetables are undercooked and lack any seasoning. The food always arrived cold. Would not recommend.

Google Bad Review (2):  We decided to try Karma Cans for our client meetings as we wanted to try something new. The ordering went smoothly, however, when it came to the delivery on the food was an hour late with no notice from the company that it would be arriving late. When I finally managed to get hold of someone I was told they would find out what was going on. Eventually it transpired that the delivery person had “car troubles” but this had not been communicated back to the company or us. The food arrived cold and one of the boxes was damaged and open. I emailed the company to complain and had no response back. I understand that these things happen but felt the customer service was lacking in this instance. Will not use again sadly.

Google Good Review:  I went along to karma cans secret window for lunch. Really lovely falafel and went back the next day and tried the dolma with sour cream. Both really tasty!
