Google Bad Review 1:  I live in the US. I went online and bought two combat jackets in two sizes, planning to keep whichever fit and return the one that didn’t.

DON’T DO THIS.

Returning the unwanted jacket, including return shipping and UK customs fees, which Ben Nevis charged back to me, cost way more than the purchase price of the unwanted jacket. (£32 in customs for a £50 jacket that was made in the UK, purchased from the UK, and returned to the UK. What’s up with that?)

Only buy if you are sure the size, color, fabric and style are exactly what you want, because returning items to this seller is very expensive.

That said, the jacket itself is nicely tailored, and matches the seller’s description.
