Google Bad Review 1:  First impression was positive Dr Khaleel was friendly and showed genuine care in my dental treatment. I had two extractions the process was done with minimum discomfort, and aftercare was explained. It was a traumatic experience for an anxious dental patient, but I was treated with respect and compassion. I had two fillings on the left side done, and everything was explained to me while it was being done the procedure went well I was shown care and consideration. On 2 January I arrived on time (if you are 15 minutes late you are charged £15) and waited 15 minutes before being seen. It was for two fillings on the right side where the extractions had been done. The injection was painful I was tearful, and asked for a moment to compose myself. He offered me a drink of water which I declined that was the only thing offered to me. He did the filling in front first, but this time he did not talk to me while working. He did the back one again without talking I was in pain and uncomfortable just wanted it over with. Afterward he talked to me about having an X-ray I was dazed and confused after that treatment not once did he ask me about my well being. I wrote to the office manager and her reply was, I am sorry that you feel you have had a negative experience at our practice she then wanted to know if I wanted to cancel my appointment with the Hygienist. Which is a nice way of saying I don’t care enough about you to address the matter respectfully. I thought it was just a one off, but after making the complaint it is clear they do not care they are a profit making organisation. If it is close, and convenient for you their prices are about the same as other dentists, and they will do exactly what they billed you for, nothing more. The receptionist reads your notes and gives dental advice over the phone. I have been entertained while watching the receptionist try to figure out how to work the office equipment. The service is no more or no less than you would receive at any dental practice. They pay £5 for a good google review the card is at the receptionist desk.
