They will try to sell you whatever service they can. They re like state agents.

Went just for a toothache and apparently I need 5 fillings, remove two teeth, braces, see the hygienist… went to other dentist for second opinion and he said that my teeth were really healthy.

I was also charged 250 for a regular extraction. The claimed that because the tooth was a bit broken I needed surgery. There was no surgery done. The tooth was taken out in less than 5 minutes. I asked if the price was the same but they said yes…

Google Bad Review (2):  Wouldn’t even give them one star if I had the option. Got stuck in traffic and rang before hand to let them know I was going to be late for my hygienist appointment which I had already paid the full amount for. When I got to the practice I apologised for my lateness and said I would be happy with a quick clean with the time I had left (the time I had already paid for). I was told that the hygienist had gone on lunch Which I thought was odd. I asked why the hygienist had gone on lunch during the appointment I had paid for. I was told that I had been put down as a no show even though I had phoned ahead before the appointment to explain. I was then told my only option was to pay again and book again. I said I would rather use the remainder of my paid appointment but was told I couldn’t. The hygienist was sat downstairs and refused to talk to me. The two women at reception seemed to enjoy the distress this caused and enjoyed the ‘computer says no’ bit of power they had. They are nothing better than thieves. I was denied the remainder of my pre-paid appointment. I will NEVER be using this practice again. Worst experience with a dentist I’ve ever had. I would have preferred to throw my own money down the drain without the terrible customer service. Please don’t use this practice there are many more dentists in Camden who have a high level of customer service and decency.
