Google Bad Review (2):  Their cleaning staff are reliable and efficient, if you get the right person or team and insist on them only attending. They sent some lazy types when I once accepted stand-ins attending while our usual cleaners were on holiday. One spent only 10 mins on site, didn't clean much and brought their relatives along who poked around desks etc.
My main problem is their back office accounts who persist in overcharging for cleaning visits that never happened and continual pestering for payments – even when they didn't actually show up.
On the other hand if invoices are disputed by us, or copies requested from them etc, then you can wait weeks for a response or any action. We have only just managed to finally exit from the contract and continual payment demands, 2 months after the last clean took place (we moved offices, so place has been locked and empty, but still the invoice demands arrive!)
