Google Bad Review 1: Went here to get acrylic nails done. 4 days after one of my nails snapped. This has never happened to me before when visiting other nails salons. Did not like the finish of the nails either. The lady took 2+ hours to do my nails and the acrylic nails was not even smooth and was bumpy, the paint around my cuticles was very messy. I went back to get the nail fixed and even thought I was unhappy it broke so soon the lady said I was too rough and that this can happen (even though this has never happened to me before). After fixing my nail again a week later the nail broke. Will not be visiting here again. Not only did I pay more than I usually do but the finished outcome was far from what I expected. Don’t waste your time or money, you can get much better elsewhere. I have read your reply, and would just like to clarify that the owners are the same. I know because I’ve gone back to see if they have changed and also know a few people that have had bad experiences with Dani who is by the way the owner. She was the owner at the time I went and still is.

Google Bad Review (2): I went for luxury manicure but the behaviour of the staff was so rude . I was 15 mins late so they didn't listen to me. The nails extension are not upto mark.
The work is not up to mark. Highly disappointed. Customer service is the worst. Not satisfied.
