Google Bad Review (2):  There appears to be a disconnect between what they purport to deliver and offer and what they actually do. I have grave reservations that the pandemic lockdown was totally mishandled, or that they were just unable to cope resulting in my dementia ridden mother dying alone and without the support they say that had given her. The management and owner have effectively refused to have any dialogue with me, and have blatentently ignored my request for my mother's files. I am left to believe that whilst the staff do their best, they (staff), residents, relatives are being completely let down by the incompetence displayed by the owner and management. All they had to do was have the courage to converse with me, rather than pretend they met their declared standards of care. I am very disappointed at the contempt, hubris and ignorance of wanting to improve their offering to the most vulnerable of society.
