Google Bad Review 1: We rented a studio on ravenscroft Avenue, which been told by agent Charlie, it coming with parking , all bills inclusive..
Moved in March before lockdown happened, and today 13/03/2020 still haven’t moved a finger about our parking , and kept using our parking as a dumping rubbish place for 5 months , while kept saying to us, is because lockdown.
Anytime have a issue with the property, takes more than 1 week to them to sort it out . Every time we try to complain to them, they keep giving excuses or not accepting responsibility.
We don’t have a doorbell or letter box for any of 12 flats on this property .
Landlord doesn’t seem to care about their property , only to get their money at the end of the month .

Google Bad Review (2): Rung out to the team this morning, I’ve been asked to leave a voice mail so I did. Tried my luck calling later in the afternoon, I’ve been informed the property is gone, which I fine, the market obviously moves fast, but the tone of the agent and the way he held a conversation 20 seconds short on the phone was absolutely horrendous. “The flat is gone, nothing else available, so bye” For someone to work in customer service I find it unacceptable. Not the way to make money. Two stars because I feel bad leaving just one. Cheers.
