Google Bad Review 1: My opinion it's awful. Staff or whatever are very rude. Was referred by my GP to call for an assesment and 4 times I did they hung up on me for no reason. (I tried different working days) as well waiting to get through to someone. I see they don't really want to help and should at least listen to what people have to say. My opinion don't bother they don't do anything. They said to phone back or email on a letter. When I try to email no response. Idk if I'm saying something wrong but I should at least get a reason as to why. Not happy with the treatment.

Google Bad Review (2): Awful service. I had a first call with Anthony for an assessment. Result that I suffer with high level of anxiety. He called me back few days after with therapy options and told he would call back in half an hour with available appointments. He called back to tell me at the moment there is no available appointments and to live my life until they will contact me with an appointment. What a disgrace really. Shocking. They care only if you pay money, free services really don't worth
