Google Bad Review 1: I moved in and the fridge wasn't installed correctly and didn't work and the dishwasher was not only not plugged in but there was no plug even built into the kitchen to plug it in when the repair person arrived (repair guy was surprised at the poor quality!) Intercom isn't working, keys that they were supposed to provided haven't been done in 3 plus weeks…. the list goes on. Prepare for a bad experience and double check everything before you move in. They obviously have low/lax standards for completion checklists. Worst of all they never respond to e-mails or complains for ages.

Google Bad Review (2): We agree with Daniel review about the list of problems that he mentioned in the review. Basically we have had the same issues with the builder. Although they try to be helpful and address some of the issues, however the general condition of the new built flat that we receive was not in an expected condition. Here is a list of the problems we have encountered to date, having completed on our two bed flat purchase at No.1 Millbrook Park on March 2021:
1- We also identifed many defects (more than 150 pictures were uploaded to the system). In particular with all the windows that include multiple long and visible scratches in them across their length.
2- “The windows appear to be performing significantly below manufacturer specifications in terms of noise reduction.” We also feel this as raised by the other nighbours.
3- The lift does make a significant sound and vibration which is annoying for the plots beside the lift.
4- The other point is about the customer service who rushes to close the tickets without asking us whether the ticket or defect being resolved. The commiunication system with the customer service has not been great though their sales team are much more professional.
