Google Bad Review 1: Pre-warining before you come in. It seems that me and my daughter were caught out in this restaurant.
I needed to find a restaurant that is very flexible when it comes to bithday parties. This restaurant is small but nice atmosphre until you meet the manager.
My daughter and I saw lots of reviews of Bombay Flame and came on 16.April.2017. The food is good and the service is excellent to a point. I enjoyed the spicy madras a lot in fact the best madras I have had and my daughter's pannir was delicious too but the service was a let down. The manager wanted to disturb me and my daughter's dinner. Asking me if I speak hindi. I do speak hindi but right now I am having dinner with my daughter. I don't have time to chat with the manager in our mother-tongue language while I am eating. I was so angry with the level of courtsy shown. Only chose this restaurant to see the flexibility in terms of food and service celebrate my daughter's birthday with the whole family but instead will be going somewhere else but overall nice food and service.

Google Bad Review (2): Avoid curry had no flavour just a big portion of over spiced rubbish and only one stingy popadom that was broken which may have not even been a full one, not to mention no chutney provided. Too much cold rice which had a funny taste to it like there may of been the residue of a chemical and a bit of old fried onion in the middle like they didn't clean the pan properly where they had the rice. Also a very uneasy feeling as soon as you enter the door the waiter/manager kept walking up and down as if they don't trust you in the place and i didn't like the way they put the bill on the table so fast without even so much as a smile. Also it's empty which is always a bad sign of a restaurant and the music is too loud in the place which isn't nice if you we're trying to have a conversation. I would ignore any other positive reviews they are most likely made up. ALSO the tiny onion salad wasn't nice as it had no proper seasoning or parsley chopped though it and it was chopped too fine. I've been to many Indian restaurants so I know good quality and what is very bad quality, if you want a Indian curry in the area I would recommend Vijays or the Holy cow, they are very good.
