Google Bad Review 1: I have previously visited Kalma Spa twice (for a massage and waxing) and I have had a good experience. So I am really disappointed to be writing this review and to be saying that I will not be using Kalma Spa services again. As I arrived, the person at the spa offered me “PPE” which was a pair of single-use plastic and completely useless “shoe covers”. I said I did not want to use them and offered to leave my shoes at the door. I was told that they would be in the way. I offered to leave them under a bench that was in the corner (in a part of the salon which I assume is for visitors to wait until their service begins). I was told that that part of the salon was “closed”. They insisted that I needed to use their shoe covers and that it was their policy and that if I refused to use them, I could not use their services and I decided to leave. I also understand that they charge up to £4.50 for “PPE” from customers as part of their COVID-19 policy which doesn't appear to involve anything more than those shoe covers. I am really disappointed that businesses in these days continue to be insensitive to the use of single use plastic and refuse to change their policies to go green. I will not be using Kalma Spa again solely for this reason.

Google Bad Review (2): This was not a relaxing massage. I walked out 10 min into the massage. I asked for 1 hour full body relaxation. No oils were used, very hard massage technique. I asked twice to go softer but was still very hard.
