Google Bad Review:  I'm not sure if he was taking advantage of my ignorance to make me pay a crazy high price just for installing the oparating sistem of my laptop. He was charging me 240 pounds (keeping the files) and 190 (without keeping them because it takes less time), then he said he wasn't going to charge me for keeping tee files because he was also going to charge more for repairing a broken part of the cover, so I don't really undestand how he calculates the pricing.
What I didn't like is that he was charging me the time that the instalation lasts which I found nonsense because the computer does it by itself. I got the same work done in another place for 65 pounds.

Google Bad Review (2):  Came there with my big PC to get it fixed. Just so you get the idea, my PC is massive so I had to even put a seatbelt on it. Very difficult logistics. FIrst I got suspiscious when he said he would have to charge me more if I pay by credit card. No one with a shred of credibility does that these days. Then he said if it continues to freeze he will refund me for two hours of work. He even said it's about £80. Instead of coming in and going out I had to drive there and back 6x. I'm a customer who comes in and expects to leave wth a functioning PC. I even said do whatever it takes to fix it. If you have a gaming computer, avoid this place. You need someone who will actually test your games. He said that I would need to come in and test the PC myself. Cmon, what kind of diagnostics is that? When I brought up what he said about refunding me, he said I misunderstood. Very shady and old school attitude and very unprofessional.
Bottom line? My PC still keeps freezing even after buying a new graphics card. He tested my PC with a different graphics card which solved the problem but didn't solve other problems so obviously very limited knowledge. He said he would fix the liquid cooling system but it clearly still doesn't work as it used to make a sound of moving water inside which it doesn't anymore.

He then charged me a certain amount and added “discount”. This is just a marketing strategy because there's no way it would cost this much to install a windows, run diagnostics which were really lacking and for replacing a £20 fan.

If you're a serious gamer, don't waste your time. I relied on reviews and upon leaving for the first time he asked me to write a review. Then of course when he saw that I wasn't happy he didn't encourage me anymore. I'm not relying on reviews any longer! Period!
