Google Bad Review 1:  Would not recommend. Took 20 minutes for them to remove my shellac, which meant I did not have time for them to do a new shellac manicure. This was despite being one of two customers in there – manicurists were just slow and inattentive. However, I would strongly recommend you pop into London Nails just down the road instead – there they did the entire shellac manicure in about 15 minutes flat.

They wanted to see proof that I had called and even after I found the call record they were not very apologetic and offered nothing in terms of compensation such as a cup of tea whole I waited for my friend to get there or a discount on my next booking.

We made several complaints during our tenancy and now that is finished, still terrible and rude replies over email when trying to sort out tying off the lose ends. Google Bad Review (2):  Awful response times, poor communication in replies to your questions but when they want something it verges on harassment. We made several complaints during our tenancy and now that is finished, still terrible and rude replies over email when trying to sort out tying off the lose ends. Would never recommend them to anyone and will definitely never use them again.
