Google Bad Review (2): Ash court care home is supposedly a good home with a good report from the Care quality commission.
However, it was featured on the BBC television show Panorama, where it was found to have serious problems within the home. An 81 year old resident was slapped 7 times and was.pulled up and down the bed, and hurt very badly.she would have been effected tremendously because she was given a bath by a male man alone in her room, she was fed by somebody who cared more about watching Jeremy Kyle than the service user herself, 2 carers who entered her room spoke to each other in another language and this would have confused the service user as she has dementia and so doesn’t understand well. She was also put to be at 5.30pm, which is ridiculously early, especially for a person of her age, and doesn’t follow Ash courts policy or code of practice.
