Google Bad Review 1: Upsetting. And unprofessional. Whilst it was not their fault that we lost the property at the point of exchaning to a higher bidder – it was unacceptable that communication was so poor. Whenever we called Charlie Cockcroft was always “on another call” or “out of the office” and despite leaving endless messages never got in touch.

Google Bad Review (2): Rented a property through Dexters Tufnell Park.
Was shown a three storey property by Sarah Marks, signed a contract but on moving in, it transpired that the landlord did not want us to use the top floor of the house and had locked three rooms. He had also not cleaned the entire property as obligated to by the contract. Sarah failed to ensure the property was presented to us as it was obligated to have been by the contract.
We tried to renegotiate the contract to accommodate locked rooms and uncleanliness but experienced unresponsiveness and uselessness from Dexters. Jim Fryer proved particularly unhelpful, he obviously didn't care once we had moved in.
Note on reviews: Sarah asked us to leave a positive review after we signed the contract. Be wary of the reams of positive reviews of Dexters, I suspect that they are partly encouraged by Dexters themselves.
