Google Bad Review 1:  The worst service I have had, they were unprofessional during and after the permanence in the property.
We had lot of problems to get in contact with the agency for having our deposit back and at the end we spoke directly with the landlord. An agency is supposed to be the link between the tenants and the landlord, but apparently we paied for a service we never perceived. We needed to contact a lawyer in order to have our money back!
The worst agency I haver had in London.

Google Bad Review (2):  I personally had the displeasure to deal with these extremely unprofessional people. Conveniently out of the office for a month when the deposit was due to be refund, I am still waiting for part of it to be wired to me after almost two months.
The certificate for deposit protection? Never received.
The invoice for charging 500£ on the deposit? Never received.
Answers to any of my emails sent with reading receipt? Never received.
Ah, don't bother to call the office, the person you need to speak to will not be there, I can guarantee.
