Google Bad Review 1:  This optician wasn't for me. Apparently, I “wasn't suitable for contact lenses” and I was quickly dismissed. I wasn't offered other contact lenses to trial to suit my eyes. I went to Boots instead and was given much better service. I now have contact lenses!

Google Bad Review (2):  Super unprofessional Optician. They called me by accident thinking I was one of their patients. The person on the phone never checked if I was the actual patient they were trying to get in touch with. They didn't even give me a chance to let them now that I wasn't ‘Lola', and kept going on about personal informations about this patient. Since I was quite confused and trying to understand the situation, the guy on the phone started to be very condescending with me, implying he had to repeat himself because I didn't understand English. And I forgot to mention that after realising their mistake, they hang up the phone straight away. Charming!
