Google Bad Review 1: Watch out for the hidden fees when printing and paying by card. They quote the per page cost but not the extras. Ends up costing much more than the library. Businesses like this will be irrelevant in 10 years time.

Google Bad Review (2): Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with Mail Boxes Etc. at Finchley Road. I told the staff that I want very important documents delivered and they suggested 1st class Royal Mail, which was supposed to arrive the next day. It is 4 days later and the item is still not delivered. Only after I asked them, they told me that there was a more suitable service called Special Delivery that guarantees next day delivery.
