Google Bad Review: unbelievable. The level of unprofessionalism and disservice I am experiencing right now! I called for reserving a room accessible to disabled (wheelchair) and they offer a quite pricey room with balcony. Fair enough. To be double sure I ask about the bathroom: it’s very important to know if that is accessible too. They do not know, they are “only” the reservation centre. They signpost me to make another call to the hotel front desk. Ok, I make the call: it turns out they do not have certainty if the rooms have a bathtub or a shower, because that it’s something, as a guest, you will be asked once you arrive! When I stated that that could be a tad inconvenient, if you come from abroad and you NEED a walk-in shower, they suggested I come prior to the stay to check the room! It is not a choice of taste! It is a NEED. A deal-breaker need!
