Google Bad Review 1: Avoid at all cost! Duped into signing a very expensive tenancy and an inventory. In order to leave the property, I had to proceed with litigation for breach of contract. For example, I was told that the landlord would make adjustments, which never materialised and despite raising difficulties with the managing agent they did not attend the property.

Google Bad Review (2): Terrible attitude from the manager of Hampstead branch. As property specialists, they completely lack consideration and respect. I live in a flat above their office, they terrorized me with faulty aircon for 8 months, making terrible noises and vibration. Their manager told me that i can complain as much as i want to and that no one would be able to change anything. Luckily after long dispute and going to Head Office, issue was fixed. But now their pipes are blocked and all building smells terrible, and yet again they are taking all the time in the world to fix this.
I think that if a Property specialists company treat people like that, i would not suggest to use their services anytime soon.
