Google Bad Review: Collected and PAID for my prescription in April. Received a penalty charge notice for £100 today from the NHS saying I tried to claim exception.
When to the chemist to be told they know I paid but don’t keep accounting records therefore can’t give me a record of transaction. What they do not understand a business is required to keep ALL accounting transactions for tax purposes!!
Not only are are lying they are committing FRAUD!!
If I didn’t have proof a paid on my bank statement I would screwed and left to pay fine.
Word of advise never pay in cash, even better do not use their services.
Stealing from sick people is disgusting!!
Why if I was an old or in a vulnerable situation. These people have no compassion or duty of care. Money grabbing!!
