Google Bad Review (2): The place is dusty. The so called cleaning station is just for show. Tins of paints are covered with dust. Ordered by click & collect but no one working @ the click and collect counter, waited for 15 min. What's the point?
You have to hunt for trolleys and when I tried to return mine, no tool to get the £1 out as all the trolleys are gone. Went back in the store to resolve the issue and it was chaotic inside.
The lady at the cashier is very nice but with only one till opened, she can only do so much.
I have been to other branches, they are not the same. This branch needs to improve.
