I came to this with close to zero knowledge of what was possible within my budget and space. Emma listened to me wish list and helped guide me through the process from start to finish. Crucially, she was very clear and realistic about what was achievable and what sort of timelines I should expect. Her team are also knowledgeable as well as punctual, tidy, and very lovely.
